UYH provides behavioral therapy to help change potentially self-destructive behaviors, replacing bad habits with good ones while coping with difficult situations. Trauma-focused therapy is also provided to help children cope with traumatic memories and situations, which will help them to identify and change negative thoughts and beliefs that cause unpleasant feelings and difficulties in functioning.
